After years cutting his teeth on the Leeds scene, Bobby O’Donnell is making moves in the wider underground community. Initially a revered resident DJ known for locking down varied sets before and after a wide range of talents at the sensational Mint Club and its in house night System. Bobby has nurtured the technique of the warm-up DJ and is now playing all over the UK and Europe.

With a sonic remit nestled in deep house and spacious, spiritual techno, Bobby has recently unleashed his first analogue productions on the world, and boy did they take note: first up Fred P released one of his tracks on his ‘Selected’ compilation on Boards, then followed releases on his own Strobewax, Mora Music and Catch.

Bobby has been included in FACT magazine’s ‘100 underrated DJs’ article and DJ Mags ‘Ones To Watch’ and is an avid record collector, more recently he’s released music on One Records, Illusion Recordings and Mosaic. Bobby continues to shoot up through the ranks as one the UK’s brightest new hopes.
